Temporary Labor Certifications approved by I Maga’lahi (the Governor). Within six

(6)calendar months of the enactment hereof, the Guam Department of Labor shall publish and update on a quarterly basis on its website a listing of all temporary labor certifications issued and attested to, as of the date of the enactment hereof, by I Maga’lahi (the Governor) pursuant to Chapter 7 of Title 17, Guam Administrative Rules and Regulations, including the name, telephone number, and physical address of the applicant for temporary labor certification; the position title for which the application was made; the number of United States residents who applied to fill said position; the number of qualified, willing, and available United States residents who applied to fill said position; and the date said application was submitted and approved.
