Special Requirements for Property Maps in the

(1)year of the enactment hereof, the Department of Land Management shall publish a complete set of the maps of Guam in their custody on CD ROM. Existing maps in magnetic media format shall be made available pursuant to the provisions of this Article notwithstanding this one
(1)year period.
