(90)days of the enactment hereof, make its annual phone directory of published numbers available on the Internet and on CD ROM. To the extent that funds allow for, the Guam Telephone Authority shall make arrangements with companies that publish national directories on the Internet for inclusion of published Guam telephone numbers on their internet directory services. CD ROM versions of the directory shall be published quarterly and made available in all database, spreadsheet and word processing formats widely and commonly used on Microsoft and Macintosh operating systems. Unlisted numbers and information on subscribers not included in the printed version of the directory shall not be included on the Internet or CD ROM versions. The version of the telephone directory published on the Internet shall be updated not less than once every calendar quarter.
