Right To Benefits Not Subject to Execution, etc
View official PDF ↗The right of any person to a benefit provided for in this Article shall not be subjected to execution, attachment, garnishment, the operation of bankruptcy or insolvency laws, or other process whatsoever, nor shall any assignment thereof be enforceable in any court, except court orders that relate to the provision or payment of child support, spousal support, or distribution of marital property to a spouse, child or other tax dependent issued pursuant to Guam’s or another jurisdiction’s domestic relations law.
