Prohibition Against Double Credit for Same Period of Time

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 4 — Public Officers and Employees

Should a member, for a specific period of time, be entitled to more than one of the types of credit authorized by this Chapter, he shall be allowed to obtain for said period of time only one type of credit, according to his election.
