Public Hearing for Salary Changes for Elected Officials May Not be Waived

The public hearing required under § 2103(a) of Chapter 2, Title 2, Guam Code Annotated, may not be waived for any reason for a bill introduced in I Liheslaturan Guåhan to vary the compensation of I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi, I Sigundo Maga’håga/Maga’låhi, or Senators of I Liheslaturan Guåhan.
