Personnel Rules and Regulations

All personnel rules and regulations on sexual harassment that are applicable to the agency or branch for which the victim is employed shall apply to unclassified, contractual, temporary, and other nonclassified employees. In the event that an agency or office is not covered by personnel rules and regulations, the sexual harassment provisions of the Department of Administration’s Personnel Rules and Regulations shall apply. ----------
