Time Frame and Rights to File Complaints

The time frame to file complaints of sexual harassment, or suspected sexual harassment, shall be the later of two

(2)years following the incident, or those time frames established by the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission. The right to file complaints shall not be extinguished by the termination, transfer or resignation of an employee of a department where the incident occurred.
