Reports of Sexual Harassment Complaints

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, rules or regulations unclassified, contractual, temporary and other non-classified employees may file complaints for sexual harassment in the same manner that classified employees may file such complaints. Unclassified, contractual, temporary and other nonclassified employees are entitled to all rights, privileges and remedies that are afforded to classified employees to resolve sexual harassment complaints.
