Retention of Seniority

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 4 — Public Officers and Employees

Any employee hired pursuant to the provisions of enhanced placement as defined in this Article, shall receive the same pay grade and step received at the time of separation or pay that is closest to, but not more than as is normally associated with the employee’s new position.
