Prior Precedents Need Not Apply

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 4 — Public Officers and Employees

Prior decisions and precedents regarding the application of personnel rules and regulations by the Director of Administration and the Judicial Council for the Executive and Judicial Branches, respectively, need not be applied to cases deliberated under the provisions of §§ 4122 and 4123 of this Chapter.
