Right of Petition

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 4 — Public Officers and Employees

The right of persons employed by the Government, either individually or collectively, to petition I Liheslatura, or any committee or member thereof, or I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi, shall not be denied or interfered with.
