Appointments to Fill Vacancies: Representation of Both Genders on Boards

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 4 — Public Officers and Employees

Each Board or Commission, of which at least four

(4)members are appointed by I Maga’håga/Maga’låhi, shall include at least two

(2)members from each gender.
