Catastrophic Leave Pool Rules and Regulations

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 4 — Public Officers and Employees

The Department of Administration shall promulgate such rules and regulations pursuant to the Administrative Adjudication Law as may be necessary to carry out the intent of this Act and shall, to the extent practicable, utilize the rules and regulations established for the Family and Medical Leave Act. ---------- COL622016
