Catastrophic Leave Pool, Created

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 4 — Public Officers and Employees

The Department of Administration is authorized to establish and maintain a “Catastrophic Leave Pool” into which shall be deposited donated COL622016 CH. 17 CATASTROPHIC LEAVE POOL ACT sick leave hours. For the purposes of this Section, there shall be no limitation on the number of hours that can be donated to the Pool.
