Catastrophic Leave, Authorized

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 4 — Public Officers and Employees

Notwithstanding the provisions of § 8.800 of Chapter 1 of Division 1, Title 2 GARR, the Family and Medical Leave Act, an employee who has been certified by a physician to have a catastrophic illness shall be eligible to receive donated sick leave from the Catastrophic Leave Pool.
