4 GCA § 1111
Liability
View official PDF ↗Suggestions, ideas, inventions or designs submitted by an employee or employees and determined by the appointing authority or other experts, to be, or possibly be, a safety hazard, shall not be implemented. The appointing authority, or the expert’s appointing authority, will be held liable for any injury to the employee or others, or any damage to government property, if authority is granted for implementation of the suggestion, idea, invention or design, even if only on a trial basis.
