Voting in Booth

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 3 — Elections

Upon receiving a ballot or set of ballots, the voter shall forthwith, and without leaving the enclosed area, proceed alone to one

(1)of the designated places, booths or tables provided to prepare his or her ballot.
