Aiding and Abetting Unlawful Voting

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 3 — Elections

Any person who procures, assists, counsels or advises another to give or offer that person’s vote at any election, knowing that the person is not qualified to vote, is guilty of a misdemeanor.
