Payment of Value to Induce Candidate to Withdraw

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 3 — Elections

A person shall not, directly or indirectly, by himself or herself or through any other person or persons, advance or pay, or cause to be paid, any 07312013 CH. 8 ELECTION CAMPAIGN AND CAMPAIGN OFFENSES money or other valuable offer to, or, for the use of any other person, in consideration of a person withdrawing as a candidate for a public office. Any person who violates this provision is guilty of a felony.
