Ballot Audit

Within forty-five

(45)days from the enactment of this Act, the Guam Election Commission shall conduct an audit and reconciliation of the ballot stock ordered, printed, utilized, retained, and destroyed in the conduct of the 2010 General Election, and subsequent Primary and General Elections. The results of the audit shall be posted on the Commission’s website.
