Copies of Index to Candidates

Upon written demand of any candidate in any forthcoming election or upon written demand of a candidate’s campaign committee, the Commission shall furnish one

(1)copy of the index of the registration of voters for such election, subject to a charge as may be prescribed in the Election Manual. All moneys so collected shall be deposited in the Treasury of the government of Guam.
