Reports to Attorney General

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 3 — Elections

Within five

(5)days after the close of registration, the Commission shall report to the Attorney General of Guam, under oath, the name(s) of the registration clerk or clerks who have not complied with the provisions of this Title.
