Transfer of Registration

(a)The transfer of registration from one

(1)precinct to another precinct shall be in progress only at those times and at those places that the registration of electors is taking place.

(b)No registered voter may be transferred from one

(1)village or district to another village or district for voting purposes during the registration period between any primary and general election held in the same calendar year, but shall be allowed to vote in the precinct where the voter is registered. The transfer shall then become effective after the general election. This Subsection does not apply to unregistered persons who were not registered in the primary election but who seek to register for the general election. CH. 3 VOTER REGISTRATION
