Place of Registration

The registration of electors shall be in progress at all times at the main office of the Commission during such hours as the office is open for business until the closing of the registration rolls. Electors may also be registered at such times and places within Guam as the Commission shall deem advisable and convenient from the time registration is open until fifteen

(15)days prior to an election.
