Same: Ex-officio and Non-voting Members

The Executive Director of the Commission; the Chairperson of the Commission; the Executive Director of the Commission on SelfDetermination/Decolonization; the Executive Director of the Chamorro Heritage Institute, once established; and the Chairperson of the Committee on Federal and Foreign Affairs of I Liheslaturan Guåhan, or its equivalent, shall serve as ex-officio, consulting members of the Board, but shall not be voting members thereof. The Executive Director of the Commission shall also serve as the ex-officio secretary for the Board.
