Permanence of Records
View official PDF ↗Except in the event of cancellation pursuant to this Chapter or the Rules and Regulations, the registration of a Native Inhabitant of Guam is permanent for all purposes. It shall be the duty of the Commission to issue to each registered Native Inhabitant of Guam a card indicating that such person has been registered with the Guam Decolonization Registry.
