Same: Ex-officio and Nonvoting Members

The Executive Director of the Election Commission, the Chairperson of the Election Commission, the Executive Director of the Commission on COL1242014 CH. 18 THE CHAMORRO REGISTRY Self-Determination, the Executive Director of the Chamorro Heritage Institute once established, and the Chairperson of the Committee on Federal and Foreign Affairs of I Liheslatura (the Legislature) shall serve as exofficio members of the Board, but shall not be voting members thereof. The Executive Director of the Election Commission shall also serve as the exofficio secretary for the Board.
