Mailing of Ballot Pamphlet

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 3 — Elections

Immediately after copies of the ballot pamphlet are available, the Election Commission shall deliver the following number of copies to the following:

(a)one

(1)copy to each registered voter;

(b)one

(1)copy to each village mayor;

(c)one

(1)copy to each judge of the Superior Court; and

(d)one

(1)copy to each Senator.
