Submission of Drafts to Election Commission; Amendment

(45)days after the 07312013 CH. 16 INITIATIVE, REFERNDUM AND LEGISLATIVE SUBMISSION adoption of the legislative submission measure by I Liheslaturan Guåhan. If the arguments are not submitted within forty-five
(45)days, the measure shall not be submitted to the voters.
