Referendum: Proposal of

A referendum measure may be proposed by presenting petitions to the Election Commission, as set forth in this Chapter, signed by voters equal in number to twenty percent (20%) of all votes counted for all candidates for I Maga’låhen Guåhan at the last preceding general election at which I Maga’låhen Guåhan was elected. The proposed referendum measure shall not exceed five hundred

(500)words.
