Preservation of Filed Petitions

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 3 — Elections

An officer receiving or filing any initiative petition shall preserve the petition for four

(4)years, and may destroy the petition after four

(4)years, unless it is in evidence in some action or proceeding then pending.
