Legislative Amendment: Limitations
View official PDF ↗I Liheslatura (the Legislature) may amend or repeal statutes enacted pursuant to legislative submission, but I Liheslatura (the Legislature) may not, within a period of two
(2)years, amend or repeal a statute enacted pursuant to an initiative without voter approval, unless said statute provides for amendment or repeal without voter approval.
