Validity of Ballot

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 3 — Elections

All questions as to validity of a ballot cast at any primary election held under this Chapter shall be decided upon immediately, and the opinion of the majority of the Commission shall be final and binding, subject to review by the Superior Court COL4/6/2022 CH. 15 CONDUCT OF PRIMARY ELECTIONS of Guam.
