Application of General Election Laws
View official PDF ↗The laws relating to elections shall apply to a primary insofar as they are consistent with this Chapter, the intent of which is to place the primary under the regulation and protection of the COL4/6/2022 CH. 15 CONDUCT OF PRIMARY ELECTIONS election laws, as far as possible, consistently with this Chapter.
