Provisional Ballot Design: Visually Distinguishable from Regular Ballot
View official PDF ↗Provisional ballots shall be visually distinguishable from regular ballots, and shall be designed so that they are unable to be tallied by precinct voting machine tabulators.
(a)Voter Registration Application: Provisional ballot envelopes shall be designed so as to also serve as a voter registration application.
(b)Ease of Use: Provisional ballots shall be clear and easy to read.
