Persons Eligible to Vote in Runoff
View official PDF ↗Persons eligible to vote in a runoff election shall be the same voters who were eligible to vote at the election that precipitated the need for the runoff. When a runoff election is required, the Commission shall not purge the names of any voters for non-participation after a general election until after the runoff election has been held and its results certified.
