Subpoena and Attachment

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 3 — Elections

The Clerk of the Court shall issue subpoenas for witnesses at the request of any party, which shall be served as are other subpoenas. The Superior Court may issue body attachments to compel the attendance of witnesses who have been subpoenaed to attend the Court. 07312013 CH. 12 ELECTION CONTESTS
