Special Session

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 3 — Elections

Within five

(5)days after the end of time allowed for filing statements of contest, the Superior Court of Guam shall thereupon order a special session to be held on some day to be declared by the Court, not less than ten

(10)or more than twenty

(20)days from the date of its order.
