Allegation of Illegal Votes

When the reception of illegal votes is alleged as a cause of contest, it is sufficient to state generally that in one

(1)or more specific voting precinct votes were given to the defendant, which, if taken from him or her would reduce the number of his or her legal votes below the number of legal votes given to some other person for the same office. 07312013 CH. 12 ELECTION CONTESTS The Superior Court of Guam shall cause to be delivered to the defendant a copy of the complaint filed by the contestant.
