Certificate of Election
View official PDF ↗Immediately after declaring certification of the results of any election, the Commission shall make, or cause to be made, a “Certificate of Election” for every person elected to office. The form of such certificates shall be prescribed in the Election Manual. The Commission shall cause to be placed in the hands of the elected person the original certificate which shall constitute evidence of the person’s right to office. The Election Commission shall preserve a copy of such certificate for a period of five
(5)years, and then may transfer the copies to the University of Guam Micronesian Area Research Center.
