Ballots Rejected by the Commission

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 3 — Elections

All ballots forwarded to absent voters and not physically received by the Commission at its main office prior to the closing of the polls, or within ten

(10)days after any other election day or by 5:00 p.m. on the tenth

(10th)day after any election shall be rejected.
