Mailing or Delivering Ballot(s)

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 3 — Elections

The sealed returned envelope containing the ballot or set of ballots may be delivered to the Commission at its main office or its postal address at any time prior to the closing of the polls, and within ten

(10)days after any election and by 5:00 p.m. on the tenth

(10th)day after any election.
