COL5/12/2020 CH. 9 WORKER’S COMPENSATION The Commissioner may require the appointment of a guardian or other representative, by a court of competent jurisdiction, for any person who is mentally incompetent or a minor; such guardian or representative to receive compensation payable to such person under this Title and to exercise the powers granted to, or perform the duties required of, such person under this Title.
