Appeals from Director’s Decision

Any person deeming himself aggrieved by the decision of the Director of Labor made pursuant to this Chapter may appeal from the decision by filing a written notice of appeal within ten

(10)days after mailing CH. 7 EMPLOYMENT SERVICE LAW or delivery of notice of decision with the Superior Court. The Superior Court shall hold a full hearing de novo on the appeal and make its decision in writing which shall be filed with the record of the proceedings.
