Repatriation Guaranty Bond

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 22 — Business Regulation

The Department of Labor shall require from all H-2 employers a Repatriation Guaranty Bond equivalent to the cost of transportation for the H-2 worker going back to point of origin.
