Complaint Process

(a)A person claiming to be aggrieved by a violation of this Chapter may file an administrative complaint with the Guam Department of Labor (Department), in accordance with procedures set forth by the Department.

(b)The administrative remedies outlined in Subsection

(a)of this Section are exclusive. A person claiming to be aggrieved by a violation of this Chapter shall not have a private cause of action in any court based on a violation of this Chapter.

(c)Any administrative complaint made under the provisions of this Chapter must be made within ninety

(90)days of notification of denial of employment by an employer.
