COL1242015 CH. 5 GUAM EMPLOYMENT RELATIONS ACT Whoever shall intentionally resist, prevent, impede or interfere with the Department or any of its agents or representatives in the performance of duties pursuant to this Chapter, or who shall in any manner intentionally violate an order of the Department, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
