Exemption

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 22 — Business Regulation

Title 11, Guam Code Annotated, Chapters 70, 72, 74, 76 and 78 of the Business License Law, shall not apply to any broker-dealer, agent, or investment adviser registered under this Act.
