Penalty

Guam Code AnnotatedTitle 22 — Business Regulation

Violation of any provision of this Chapter or of any rule or regulation duly promulgated by Executive Order pursuant to the provisions of this Chapter for which another penalty is not expressly provided shall be a petty misdemeanor.
